These terms govern use of the Alpinestars Canadian online store. Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or other customers.
Products and orders
We aim to present accurate product information, imagery, options and prices, but may correct confirmed errors. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where payment, inventory, fraud, shipping or legal checks require it.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in CAD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges are shown where applicable. Delivery estimates combine separate processing and transit periods and are not guaranteed dates.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns and exchanges follow the Refund Policy, including the 30-day request period after delivery, approval before mailing, the included free prepaid label, no restocking fee and refund processing within 10 days. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
