How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Shipping normally takes another 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible new and unused items, including change-of-mind purchases, may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items are also reviewed. Exchanges depend on approval and inventory.
How does the return label work?
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. Contact us if it is missing, and wait for approval and the correct return address before mailing the item.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may need additional posting time.
