Eligible new and unused items may be returned, including when a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong style. We also assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed items.
Request window
Contact ofikukawix88@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number and relevant details or photographs. This is the request period and does not require the parcel to reach a return facility within those 30 days.
Approval and return shipping
Wait for approval and the correct return address before mailing anything. The office address is not automatically a return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges are accepted after review and depend on stock. Once an approved return is inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post funds. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
